About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Document Reviewer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial service clients. As a Legal Document Reviewer, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal materials.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Document Analysis: Review and analyze legal documents to identify key information, legal issues, and relevant provisions.
  2. Compliance Review: Ensure that legal documents adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  3. Fact Verification: Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to validate the accuracy and completeness of information presented in the documents.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of document reviews by adhering to established guidelines and quality control procedures.
  5. Document Management: Utilize document management systems to organize, track, and maintain a comprehensive record of reviewed documents.
  6. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with ethical and legal standards.


Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
  • Bachelor's degree in law or legal studies is strongly preferred
  • 1 plus years of legal document processing experience
