Legal And Compliance Support Specialist

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated legal and compliance professional to join its versatile team of associates handling regulatory change management, vendor risk management, advertisement review and providing general support to the legal and compliance departments.

Responsibilities

Administer vendor program, including leading due diligence, on-boarding, maintenance, and termination

Conduct compliance reviews of advertisements, including addressing TILA, RESPA and UDAAP

Monitor and report on regulatory developments with attorney supervision

Perform research on loan files and laws, as directed by internal counsel

Provide support on regulatory compliance inquiries from business

Assist in various projects as determined by internal counsel or compliance managers

Qualifications

Mastery of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Adobe Pro, and Litera Compare

3 + years in mortgage industry required

Paralegal or contract administrator experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with various loan origination software a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Poised under pressure and positive attitude
