Job Description

Manage a team of ten to twenty reports. Confirm leave eligibilty, review medical documentation, communicate with healthcare providers, coordinate return to work.


2-4 years of people management experience.

Familiarity with FMLA and state leave laws, FEHA, ADAAA, STD and voluntary plans.


Fully remote opportunity.
