JOB TITLE: Leasing Processing Associate/Sales Admin Assistant


DEPARTMENT: Accounting/Sales


LOCATION: Springfield, MO Headquarters


REPORTS TO: Sales Admin Manager


Job Responsibilities


In this job you will be taking incoming credit applications, running credit reports and analyzing debt to income ratios and other attributes to determine if customers meet the lending guidelines, then getting management approval to approve or deny. Some customers will require additional documentation and will require phone calls or emails to request the needed items. You will also be required to file UCC agreements online or by mail with the state and/or counties where the customer lives. Registration of manufacturers products and extended warranties will be required along with various reports due weekly.


Assist Sales Admin with regard to incoming Sales Contracts and tracking


JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To)


Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.


Documents financial transactions by entering account information.


Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.


Communicate with customers in a professional manner.


Analyze customers current financial status by collecting customer information.


Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.


Understanding of filing UCC documents with the correct legal jurisdiction.


Maintains financial security by following internal controls.


Prepares invoicing, incoming payments by verifying documentation.


Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends if needed.


Receive customer contracts, enter information in customer database, follow up with Sales Dept for necessary information to proceed with projects


Additional tasks as needed.


Minimum Qualifications


HS with experience in finance industry or similar


Resources Needed To Fulfill Responsibilities


Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.


Exceptional math skills.


Ability to learn lending software, Customer Management Program and Microsoft products


Portfolio servicing experience a plus
