Lease Scheduler/Lease Planner

AllSTEM Connections is looking for a talented Lease Scheduler/Lease Planner with one of our Fortune 500 client.

• Long term contract

Required Skills:

• Worked in a mature project controls background (Oil & Gas, Construction, any large scale projects)
• Stakeholder engagement/facilitation - 6+years.
• Looking for approximately 6+ years of experience lease scheduling experience and project controls within large programs.
• Scheduling 5-6+ years (P6 or Microsoft project)

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.
• You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of lease datacenter construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
• Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• The role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology
• Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience
• Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• 6+ years experience in engineering, construction management, related field OR equivalent.
• Excellent skills in project planning software, such as P6 and/or MS Project
• Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
