Lease Operators are tasked with increasing production of oil and gas while cutting costs to all
assigned leases. This position is responsible for maintaining company property, equipment, and
production in compliance with the company’s high well site standards. The Lease Operator must
maintain good working relations with all parties involved and meet or exceed all company, industry,
safety, ethical, and environmental standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observe and follow all safety policies, including wearing and maintaining all required PPE.
• Maintain all issued equipment in clean and proper working condition (computer, tools,

etc.).

• Maintain all circulating and transfer equipment in proper working condition.
• Gauge all oil and water tank levels.
• Read and record all needed meter readings.
• Maintain Heater, Separator, water knock outs, and other pressure vessels to company

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year lease operator experience.
• Must be available to work between 7am-3pm, occasional overtime will also be required.
• Must demonstrate teamwork and professionalism internally with Endeavor and externally to

vendors.

• Must be able to pass Endeavor Fit Duty Test.
