GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Learning/Training Project Manager. This is a full-time, benefitted, 100% remote position.

Job Summary

• Monitors project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained.
• Ensures deliverables are on time, on/under budget, and meet customer expectations.
• Maintains project notebook and prepares/delivers project progress reports.
• Conducts internal project review meetings and acts as project information source.
• Coaches, counsels, and mentors project team members.
• Manages all aspects of assigned learning projects including interfacing with senior management, project team members, and the client to meet customer and company expectations.
• Maintains routine communications with senior management concerning all aspects of the project.
• Serves as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the project.
• Performs final review of deliverables.
• Directs and controls all activities to meet/control customer expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project.
• Serves as the primary client interface for project schedule, budget, and scope.
• Tracks all project costs to budget, project progress to schedule, and prepares cost-to-completion reports.
• Reviews and verifies the project log.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office
• PMP Certification desired but not required
• Experience in project management, preferably within the learning industry
