Learning Facilitator

Hybrid- 3 days on site/ week in Atlanta

12 month contract

Our Fortune 500 client in the travel industry is seeking a Sr. Facilitator to support the organizations growing demand and commitment to developing and growing talent pipeline.

Learning Facilitator Responsibilities

• In addition, the senior facilitator will be responsible for end -to-end oversight of learning programs and projects, including coordinating work with cross-divisional teams and vendors.
• We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Delta employees at all stages of their careers - from new hire to individual contributor, to leadership development, and more.
• The senior leadership facilitator will provide high-quality facilitation and coaching; along with assisting in the execution and development of leadership strategy, change management and performance consulting for all leadership and development programs, reinforcing and demonstrating our culture of coaching and other programs to support all levels of the organization from intact teams, first time and new leaders to senior executives.

Learning Facilitator Requirements

• High level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills and openness to receiving
• Willing to work onsite in a hybrid capacity, this is not a remote role

• Strategic and systemic thinker, able to draw new insights from complex information and

Learning Facilitator Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years integrated experience in Learning & Development (in discipline areas like

instructional design, leader coaching), Human Resources, Talent Management and/or

Organizational Effectiveness

• Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies,

and practices in the learning and development field and sharing across the organization.

• Consulting experience

The hourly pay range for this position is $30 to $31/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements,1experience, statutory considerations, and location).
