The Role
This position is an individual contributor role in developing tools to support Planning and Engineering groups in the management of key company initiatives and strategies. Includes partnering in a team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test, debug and implement database applications to accommodate user needs of moderate to complex scope and difficulty including graphical user interfaces and interfaces with other systems.
Using Systems Thinking as an approach to problem solving, develop solutions through database design, and be responsible for documenting solutions, logical data models, and data flows. Demonstrate and apply a variety of technical skills including knowledge of multiple programming languages and the ability to quickly learn communication technologies.

As a Salesforce Engineer you will work with leading edge technologies to build the sales and ordering platforms that will support our Quantum Fiber build. Lumen's fiber-to-home expansion will bring miles of new fiber to 12 million residential locations. Quantum fiber is built for always-online homes and small businesses with a focus on gigabit/multigigabit broadband speeds, 99.9% reliability, and symmetrical internet speeds- enabling a fast, reliable, exceptional experience for our customers.
As a member of our Software Development team you will work with leading edge technologies; building the digital ordering and sales capabilities that will enable our customers to enjoy a seamless experience. What We Look For in a Candidate
4 years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
1-3 years of experience with SFDC toolkit (Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Apex Data Loader, etc.)
Experience in developing SFDC Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Email Services, Flows, Workflow Rules and Approvals
Knowledge of Jenkins Preferred

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
