Job Description
A nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes is looking to immediately hire Registered Nurses to work as a Lead Critical Care Management, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Management, excellent team leadership skills, as well as state license are required.
Responsibilities
  • Supervision of quality production.
  • Serve as a resource for any clinical matters.
  • Ensuring team members are fully trained.
  • Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project's goal.
  • Drive performance of staff by creating a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • 1 year Management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • RN license

Pay Rate
  • $85k a year
