YOUR IMPACT This position typically works from Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM . As our Lead Customer Service Rep, your days are filled with meaningful interactions as you connect with customers over the phone and through email. You play a crucial role in comforting frustrated customers, repairing their relationship with Water Out, and enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, you oversee scheduling inspections for new mitigation leads and handle a high volume of phone calls. Your customer care skills play a critical role in our success!
