  • Shape global brand voice and tone standards to ensure Starbucks evolves and shows up consistently and effectively
  • Think strategically about creative solutions as an advocate for the customer and brand, championing creative work while pursuing the brief's objectives, and partner with stakeholders to inform or co-author briefs
  • Consistently draw connections across Studio and enterprise initiatives as a source of inspiration and strategically drives innovative solutions with the end-user in mind
  • Keep a pulse on creative and cultural trends, skillfully translating insights to inform and inspire the work, helping evolve and strengthen the Starbucks brand
  • Architect impactful presentations with a clear story arch, impactful language and a strategic foundation that links creative solutions to brand and business objectives
  • Interpret and evolve creative feedback to advance the work, demonstrating flexibility and a skillful response to feedback and questions, extracting meaningful input and clarity from stakeholders
  • Provide brand consultation and creative guidance to business partners, external agencies and production partners (film, audio, photography, production writing, etc.)
  • Develop copy for a wide range of creative assets that support marketing and advertising across all major channels and platforms.

  • Sharply attuned to cultural and consumer trends and applying insights to conceptual thinking and narratives
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects
  • Expertise in copywriting, creative concepting, and storytelling
  • A high EQ with an exceptional ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and executives
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Mastery in crafting compelling copy for email, social media, and a broad range of advertising mediums
