NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Enable strategic enterprise capabilities across Nike's distribution and transportation networks. Create, deliver, and support the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest delivery time. Drive the program delivery against a capability roadmap. Anticipate the needs of and act as the voice of the customer. Work with partners such as SAP, Nike WMS teams, 3PLs, and Nike integration teams to design and develop new capabilities. Utilize SAP capabilities to deliver solutions for Business needs. Understand, review, and perform configuration of SAP system to provide business capabilities for outbound logistics as well as for the capabilities of sourcing, promising and allocation. Work with enterprise and solution architecture to deliver solutions that are compliant to next generation architecture. Serve as an escalation point and a subject matter expert to resolve business critical issues when needed. Perform functional testing of the SAP solution, including integration with external systems. Coordinate with other capability teams to produce the successful implementation of end-to-end solutions. Build technical documentation and system diagrams to document any improvements to the product. Ensure standards, processes, and policies are followed. Apply global process standards to regional technology solutions. Own, maintain and prioritize the team's product backlog; facilitate feature mapping, break features into stories, define acceptance criteria, ensure capacity for enablers and defects. Prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, defects, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to customers and the business.


Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Mechanical Engineering and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an analyst-related position.
