Salary: $17 - $30 / hour

Weed Man Lawn Care is one of the largest franchised lawn care networks in North America. Here at Weed Man Louisville, we are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Lawn Care Apprentices to join our team! The Lawn Care Apprentice role is designed to develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows.

Lawn Care Apprentice Benefits:

Lawn Care Apprentice Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Winter / Early Spring = Door to door lead generation, no selling required, M-F 9am-6pm
  • Professional appearance is always important
  • Spring / Summer / Fall = M-F 8am-4pm (varies)
  • Clean driving record, valid license, and reliable transportation
  • Available to work evening hours in the winter and flexible on the weekends!
Lawn Care Apprentice Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads by offering lawn care quotes to homeowners during Marketing seasons
  • Ensuring amazing customer service
  • Performing fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for homeowners during Lawn Care seasons
  • Accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and / or lawn analysis, and making field sales
