Based in Sandy Springs and Brookhaven, GA, LA LA LASH is a fast-growing lash extension salon. LA LA LASH provides high-end eyelash extensions and brow services performed by certified professionals. We pride ourselves on the quality of lashes as well as the application process.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lash Technician (Senior Level / Master Level)

The senior lash technician is responsible for the application of lash extensions, tinting, lamination, lift, and any extra duty requested by the store manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lash and brow tinting
• Lash and brow related
• Manage customer complaints and provide solutions
• Lash and brow lamination
• Welcome customers
• Follow the duty requested by store manager
• Lash lifting
• Customer service related
• Lash extension + Fill in

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 + years of experience in lash extension industry (If the skill is exceptional, 2+ year can be waived)
• Existing customer pool that can be transferred to LA LA LASH (Deal Breaker + Higher commission)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellence in customer service skills
• Detail oriented, accurate work ethic and consistent positive attitude toward customers.
• Able to complete Classic Full Set within 1hour and 30 minutes(Senior) 1 hour (Master) with high quality and 3weeks+ retention period

BENEFITS OFFERED (Contractor) - Flexible time opening available . Commission varies based on individual's skill, customer pool.

• Any tips from the customer will be paid fully without any deduction
• 20% commission on the product sales
• Shared portion can be adjusted in the future based on employee's performance
• Benefits will be paid based on the performance. Starting from as high as 40-45% of sales amount + 100% Tip

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $120.00 per hour

Experience:

• Eyelash extensions: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology or Esthetician license (Required)
