Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology? Vishay Electro-Films in Warwick, is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Laser Operator responsible for using a laser to process the product per manufacturing specifications. The Laser Operator will help the cell meet its daily production obligations by adhering to quality and workmanship standards and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual looking to start or continue growing a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Adapts new procedures when necessary.
- Prepares and maintains all necessary paperwork, recording errors, etc.
- May perform in-process tests to ensure that runs/batches/yields meet specifications.
- Keeps accurate and up-to-date records for batches or yields and data sheets on in-process runs.
- Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels.
Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
- 2 + years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
