Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts including: Client Relations, Enhancement Sales, Quality Control.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Client satisfaction that ensure acceptable retention rates
  • Job Start Process; New Client On-boarding Process
  • Regular Quality Inspections. Work with Production managers and foreman to ensure follow up
  • Landscape enhancement estimating and sales
  • Enforce Company Standards i.e. Uniforms, Fleet, Equip, Facility
  • Safety - ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced
  • Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Develop Enhancement Plans for Properties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient with computer software programs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task.

  • Strong Horticulture Knowledge
  • Professional Landscape Industry experience
  • Project Management Background
  • Service Sales background
  • Industry Certifications (Master Gardener, CLT, CLM, CIA, etc.)
