Job Description
The Opportunity:
Consor is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Party Chief position in the land surveying field for Nashville, TN office. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understands basic sources of measurement errors.
  • Interprets Horizontal and Vertical control points, records, and data sheets, as well the knowledge and understanding of basic plan reading.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of performing basic Land surveys: leveling, traversing, triangulation, metes and bounds surveys, topographic surveys, construction surveys, etc.
  • Experience with Carlson SurvCE, Robotic total stations and Javad GPS equipment a plus.
Required Credentials:
  • Travel will be expected on as needed basis and must be able to work overtime.
  • At least 4 years prior experience as a Party Chief.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • This position will require the applicant to be comfortable with work in outdoor conditions.
  • Good mathematic and communication skills.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for CONSOR insurance requirements.
