What you can expect to be doing:

Haley Ward is looking for a Land Surveyor for our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office to oversee all aspects of survey projects, exercising creativity and ingenuity in devising criteria, techniques, strategy and methodologies for approaching assigned projects.

• Downloading and processing data for boundary, topographic, utility, ALTA, as built and construction layout
• Performing research relating to property survey work including map searches, town ownership records, deed research
• Producing clean and concise working drawings/plans using company standards
• Occasional field monument and construction staking.
• Occasional field work in all weather conditions required to review conditions found on the ground and perform supplemental location to support boundary determinations.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience and desire to learn, advanced survey technologies, field instruments and additional relatable project management and computer software systems
• Experience with effective communication with clients both internally and externally
• Registration as a Professional Land Surveyor or Surveyor in Training
• Effective project and team management experiences, leading through detail oriented and collaboration techniques
• Surveying experience is preferred or a combination of relatable experience

A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted.
