Job Description

King Rose Construction (www.kingroseny.com) is a leading New York City general contractor that can build faster and better than our competition. We specialize in complex projects that must be built to exact specifications in a New York City Minute

We are New York City construction experts and are looking for General Construction Laborer.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Interior Renovation Construction, with a verifiable track record of completed projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute work orders in an efficient professional manner
  • Cleaning and organizing construction sites.
  • Will work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
  • Performing demolition of sheetrock partitions
  • Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • OSHA Certification.

Compensation & Benefits:
