We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Labeling Specialist to join our team in the Nutrition industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in label specialist, supplement facts, nutrition facts labeling, project management, Excel, Genesis, planning, execution of labeling, packaging, accuracy, compliance, internal cross-functional team, timelines, product lunch timelines, supporting documents match, final work, proofs, manufacturers, US dietary supplement, food product labeling requirements, project reporting for assigned milestones, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), cGMP, track and report progress.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage labeling projects from planning to execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track and report progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with manufacturers to ensure compliance with US dietary supplement and food product labeling requirements.
• Provide project reporting for assigned milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and cGMP.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure labeling timelines align with product launch timelines.
• Continuously improve labeling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure supporting documents match final work and proofs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling in the Nutrition industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years of experience in labeling specialist, supplement facts, nutrition facts labeling, project management, Excel, Genesis, planning, execution of labeling, packaging, accuracy, compliance, internal cross-functional team, timelines, product lunch timelines, supporting documents match, final work, proofs, manufacturers, US dietary supplement, food product labeling requirements, project reporting for assigned milestones, Good Manufacturing Practice, cGMPs, track and report progress.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
