As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and supplies within the Arc Culinary department.

What does a Kitchen Steward do?

• . Maintain a pace of work, which allows supplies and equipment to be cleaned and put in their proper place, which meets business demands.
• Stock all supplies as directed by Executive Chef, Sous Chef and cook positions.
• Understand the proper use of chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchens and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, floors, etc..

What are the requirements?

• Experience as a steward or in a commercial kitchen preferred.
