The JOB:
Begin a career in Culinary Arts as a Steward, the backbone of the kitchen and work your way up. Working in our new, world class kitchen, you clean and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner. You clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, and flatware. In addition, the opportunity to learn the basic culinary skills from our skilled chefs will start you on your way to a new career.
