GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To prepare large volumes of food items in the correct manner and in a given amount of time. Prepare various types of food (meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits & desserts). Also, must clean, cut/ slice, chop and tray up all the above on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains and clean and neat work area
• Provides prompt and courteous service to each guest
• Maintains open communication with management and co-workers
• Informs Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issues
• Performs all job specific duties
• Anticipates guest needs
• Assists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamwork
• Performs functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting items
