• Can Multi-Task
• Prepare food to be fried, work with deep fryers
• Help prepare hookahs, beverages items as needed
• You must ensure that every order is properly prepared according to our standard recipes and that it fully satisfies our guests' demands and requests.
• Nights and weekends
• Can work in a Fast Pace Environment
• Cleaning and maintenance of the hookah lounge
• Maintain a clean work environment and positive communication with co-workers
• Comply with all safety and health procedures as well as Company and/or department policies/procedures

$40,000+ Annual

• Set up cooking stations and fill them with all of the essential preparation items for a shift
• Demonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associates
• Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations
• Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served

• Create and maintain a sense of urgency
• Assist all other team members as needed
• Fry food to order
• Keep work area clean
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Setup & break down work station

• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired

• Knowledge of basic cooking

Sands of Persia is an upscale shisha bar offering an array of high-end shisha flavors (over 30) is available to choose from. Offering relaxing and comfort food to accompany specialty zero-proof drinks, coffee and tea.
