Kindergarten Aide Jobs

Job duties of a teacher aide include assisting the classroom teacher, supervision of students, monitoring recesses, and working with small groups of students. Teacher aides may be asked to teach a lesson or lead a classroom project, and may be asked to substitute in a classroom on occasion
Requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Demonstrate responsibility and professionalism in behavior and dress at all times; be reliable and flexible.
Being self-motivated, creative, and able to undertake projects under own direction.
Effective written and spoken communication skills.
Show interest and enthusiasm for working with children.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
