Full-Time Instructional Aide Jobs

Responsibilities

• Work with the classroom teachers to maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Support the delivery of instruction and intervention to whole-class and small-group during literacy blocks with a scripted program in various grade levels.
• Support the classroom teacher in creating an environment conducive to student learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher regarding student performance.

Qualifications

• Effective written and spoken communication skills
• Minimum: HS diploma
• Show interest and enthusiasm for working with children
• Preferred: AA or BA degree
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
