- 3 week paid training during summer with actual practice in key skills to be successful and not overwhelmed in the classroom
- Mentor teacher support by experienced teachers
- Realtime coaching during instruction and 1:1 post-observation coaching meetings
- Dean of Scholars roles that support teachers with behavior
- Counselors for additional socio and emotional learning support (SEL)
- Continuous professional development weekly by school leadership
- Common planning periods and daily planning periods (total of at least 6 weekly)
- Common classroom management procedures for grade level bands and schoolwide enable all staff to support one another and most importantly ensure CONSISTENCY

- Up to $20,000-$24,000 in Graduation bonuses for obtaining a Bachelor's degree
- Performance bonuses that average over $2,200 a year ? (up to $3400)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Adaptability and willingness to deliver established, proven, rigorous curriculum provided by our network
- Collaborative work style paired with the ability to take initiative
- Passion for helping Title 1 and ESL students in underserved communities forge their way to a college education
- Currently enrolled in college or University taking courses related to a core content area
- Passing score on AMS content /reasoning assessments
