About Our Client
Our client is a well known General Contractor in the state of Texas. They pride themselves on creating relationships and building great products for their customers. They are looking for someone that has substantial commercial experience and will be able to uphold these values.

• Direct all construction activity and project planning processes
• Lead client and project teams to ensure on-time/on-budget project completion
• Work with Superintendents and field staff to coordinate project schedules
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships
• Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• Entrepreneurial and self-starter
• Extensive experience in Commercial construction
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Degree in Construction Management or similar is preferred
