YOUR MISSION:


  • Support senior product line managers in various tasks related to product line management and business operations.
  • Analyze and report category business performance monthly. 
  • Maintain product information systems ensuring excellent data quality 
  • Collaborate in creating detailed product briefs outlining design, functionality, features, and performance requirements for each collection
  • Manage and adhere to designated calendar milestones.
  • Assist the overall POD teams (design/development) in the creation of product and innovations
  • Assist in conducting women’s training and studio industry analysis, market research, consumer research, and competitive analysis
  • Participate in the execution of overall Global Performance product line initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing sell-in tools and setting up internal meetings.
  • Present product ranges both internally to PUMA merchandising and sales and externally to key retailers/partners.


YOUR TALENT:


  • Requires domestic & international business travel
  • Good presenting skills, including creation of high-quality, accurate and engaging content
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Good general knowledge of the sporting goods industry trends, market and consumer trends for the product line and the competitive landscape for women's training
  • Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a product management role
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical specifications
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
