This position will report to both the Director of Operations and the Marketing Manager and have responsibilities that span both departments. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time to meet all deadlines for both departments.

• Work with the project management team to create job-specific digital assets such as flooring renderings and project submittals.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain Grid’s social media platforms.
• We are a start-up: Be flexible and come ready to do what is needed. We will sprint, changes will happen daily, and we will learn and get better!
• Assemble physical submittal packages to accompany digital submittals as needed.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with general marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or graphic design preferred.

Experience with scale renderings or graphic design preferred.

Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
