Phillips and Cohen LLP is a boutique law firm devoted exclusively to representing whistleblowers including in cases brought under the federal and state False Claims Acts to recover for fraud against federal and state governments and under the SEC and CFTC whistleblower programs to address financial frauds, as well as under other whistleblower programs.We seek applicants for an associate attorney position in our Washington D.C. or San Francisco office that involves working closely with attorneys in both offices.

Applicants should have a J.D., excellent writing and communication skills, strong academic credentials, the ability to work independently but also collaboratively, excellent attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to public service.
