Junior Leadership Training Programme Analyst

Work you'll do

We are in search of an analyst with an interest in healthcare and exceptional problem-solving and process improvement skills to join our team supporting client's clinical programs. The analyst will assist with organization, design, and support facilitation of a multi-format training program to help leaders (e.g., Chief Medical Officers) better understand High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles and how they can be applied to patient safety, quality, and readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Basic technical support
• Healthcare interest
• Experience or desire to assist with executive leadership training, coaching, or professional development
• Bachelor's degree required
• Be familiar with or be interested in event management and/or training design
• Travel up to 10%
• Strong organizational skills, be comfortable tracking multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must have an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance for this

Preferred:

• Healthcare Background
• Any type of military background (i.e. grew up in military family, ROTC, Military background)
• Secret Clearance
• Executive leadership and client experience
