Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Department : Finance

Reporting to: Senior Manager of Financial Reporting

Location: Baltimore, MD (Not Remote – In-Office at least 3 days per week)

Hours of work: Typical hours of work are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM EST. This position is exempt from overtime.

Compensation : $55,000- $60,000 annually

Overview:

InVita is looking for a qualified, ethical, and organized Junior Financial Analyst to help keep InVita’s financials and budgets on track with precision and accuracy. Successful candidates have a passion for math, and a strong understanding of financial modeling.

Essential Functions:

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and Ad-Hoc reports,
• Other duties, as necessary.
• Tools, and Excel dashboards
• Work closely with the Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
• 1-2 years’ experience in an analyst role, or strong internship history.
• Data Warehousing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field is preferred.
• SaaS exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email).
