Job Description
The Weapon Systems and Cyber Defeat Division offers a unique opportunity to analyze and find vulnerabilities in non-traditional, complex radio frequency (RF) systems. The ideal candidate for this position is an engineer or scientist who enjoys performing detailed analysis of RF based systems to determine how they work, why they work, and how they will fail. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge in RF systems and signal processing and how to apply core concepts from these fields for use across a wide range of applications. Furthermore, the ideal candidate would have strong software competencies which facilitates understanding how the RF front ends integrates with a modern software based back-end. Primary duties include modeling, simulation, static analysis, and dynamic analysis of the entire target system using high fidelity simulations to perform the system analysis. The system analysis will be used to generate highly detailed technical reports and presentations to customers.
Required Skills
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
Desired Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with any of the following:
  • Software-in-the-loop and/or Hardware-in-the-loop modeling and simulation
  • X86, ARM, and microcontroller assembly language programming
  • US Intelligence Community or DoD contracting
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Embedded systems analysis
  • Electronic warfare
  • RF system modeling and simulation
  • Software reverse engineering tools like Ghidra, IDA Pro, Kali, OllyDbg and Wireshark
  • Digital signal processing, detection theory, and/or statistical signal processing
  • Reverse engineering
  • Programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
  • Weapon system design or analysis
