Job Description
Mehvya has been working hard this year to expand our reach with our Telecom clients. We have just opened up our location in the Seattle area and we are actively looking to grow our team!


Here at Mehvya, we handle all of the Direct Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing work for our clients through our unique approach. We work directly with customers of our clients, putting our focus on building lasting relationships. Our firm has found much success in helping to maintain and grow our client’s customer base over the years and we have big goals set as we head towards the coming year. That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success to join our team as the Junior Customer Relations Manager.


Responsibilities for a Junior Customer Relations Manager Include:


  • Completely closing sales when necessary
  • Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients
  • Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer needs and wants
  • Answering any and all product or service inquiries
  • Up-selling on additional products or services


Junior Customer Relations Manager Qualities We Look for:


  • A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or any other related field
  • A passion for working in customer service
  • 0-1 years of experience in any customer relations and customer service related field
  • Excellent communication skills
