An industry-leading private aviation group is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the dynamic business aviation industry and the safety sector. The company develops Safety Management Systems (SMSes), offers proprietary SMS software, and produces operations manuals for thousands of customers. The worldwide customer base and expanding target market includes Fortune 500 flight departments, aircraft management companies, and private owner/operators of business jets, FBOs and commercial drone operators. Primary Responsibilities

• Providing actionable reports and analytics that give insight into the business, operations, sales, and marketing
• Optimize the internal use of data by creating reports on unique criteria
• Marketing, sales, renewals, and IT
• Perform research tasks and provide analysis on wide ranging topics, including finance,
• Review data sets for accuracy and rationality
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team on appropriate and useful data to track and report
• Enable data driven business decisions and support strategic planning

Qualifications: Required

• Expert knowledge of Excel, or equivalent program
• Good understanding of software concepts
• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, or equivalent programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications: Desired

• Interest in or exposure to aviation either through education, work environment, or hobbies
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping concepts
• Analyst or business intelligence experience preferred
