YOUR MISSION:

• Support Retail Controlling team to monitor results and implement controls on key metrics
• Provide reporting and analysis of results vs historical and budgeted figures
• Support product launch analysis, Canada % Rent calculation, and CAPEX summaries
• Partner with the ECOM team to test, and implement new business plans and system improvements
• Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis for internal requests, as well as all levels of business
• Track, manage and validate new system/process implementation

YOUR TALENT:

• Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
• 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Accounting environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
• High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data
• Retail/Ecommerce experience valuable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions
