Your responsibilities will include:

The Jr. On-Set Stylist is responsible for carrying out styling for e-commerce product photography and reports to the Styling Manager. They work closely with other creative team members that include other Set Stylists, Food Stylists and Product Photographers to help ensure all merchandise and sets are styled and photographed according to brand standards. A portfolio submission is required.

• Supports Set Stylists as needed.
• Follows weekly production schedule to prep, construct and style sets to ensure all merchandise and sets are styled to brand standards.
• Maintains, organizes and has a strong awareness of the studio prop inventory.
• Participating in a weekly pre-production process and other essential meetings or brainstorming sessions.
• Operating with a big-picture perspective and using an understanding of business needs to prioritize tasks.
• Meeting monthly KPIs (key performance indicators).

• Provide a portfolio of work.
• Takes a seeks to understand approach when given feedback and implements changes as needed.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
• Communicates effectively with multiple personality types both in person and through email.
• Have 2 years of previous set styling experience in a commercial or e-commerce studio.
• Has the ability to work full-time hours for this in-studio position.
• Must be observant, creative and comfortable working within brand guidelines.
• Demonstrates initiative and follows through.
