Jr. Scrum Master (Remote)

Macro Pros is seeking a Scrum Master for a long-term contract with a well-established systems integrator. The position is 100% remote and open to US Citizens only. You will be supporting a government healthcare agency. Interested candidates can be located anywhere in the Unites States.
Summary Qualifications:
Applicants must have 1-5 years of experience working as s Scrum Master and ideally some experience working on ERP programs (Momentum experience is preferred but will consider SAP or Oracle). Applicants will facilitate and be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team, ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to. Must be able to voice reason and authority and have the ability to elevate issues as they arise. Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.
Detailed Qualifications:
1. Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings. Facilitate, plan and/or attend other meetings as required including demos, sprint reviews, Program Increment planning, retrospectives, etc.
2. Ensure teams apply core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility. Collaborate with Leadership to ensure delivery.
3. Work in partnership with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Development Managers to plan releases and manage product backlogs.
4. Endorse and present appropriate metrics to sustain continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. US citizenship is required.
2. Must be certified in SAFe or have a current/active CSM certification.
3. Bachelor’s Degree and 1-5 years’ experience serving as a Scrum Master for a medium to large team.
4. In-depth understanding of Agile processes.
5. Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
7. Self-starter.
8. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.
9. Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale data conversion efforts.
LCAT Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent and three years applicable experience
