We’re seeking a future team member for the role Junior Program Manager to join our Early Career Programs team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is HYBRID .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Execute all program milestones including onboarding, placement process, performance management, training and development, off-boarding and leadership communication.
  • Partner with the leadership team and program representatives from the business to ensure clear, timely communication on expectations and deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI's to improve our program’s success.
  • Develop and coach entry level talent to meet their career goals, aligning them to organizational objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Partner with business lines to influence program parameters and outcomes
  • Ability to work in global matrixed environment
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of University Recruiting, Early Career Program Management, Learning and Development or other HR related experience.
