Job Description
Fluke Reliability Solutions is seeking a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly-expanding software technology company.


The Junior Implementation Specialist will learn the intricacies of FRS’ eMaint computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) product offering by delivering implementation services with the customer. The Junior Implementation Specialist will manage and document the implementation process while providing technical support and answering technical questions. The Junior Implementation Specialist works directly with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for post implementation follow up and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customer point of view.
  • Contribute to growth of the Implementation department by creating product documentation.
  • Multi-task during calls to research technical issues while communicating with the customer and clearly and concisely documenting the issue.
  • Become an expert in eMaint’s X4 and X5 software application.
  • Coordinate and deliver product guidance and configuration sessions to customers.
  • Evaluate customer business workflow processes to make strategic recommendations.
  • Create and deliver customer facing reports and dashboards (within the application).
  • Work in a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers in a wide variety of industries.
  • Continually look at ways to improve the onboarding process to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining SOP content.
  • Develop and drive project plans with the goal of ensuring maximum customer success.
  • Serve as coach and trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers.
  • Guide new customers through eMaint’s onboarding process and provide CMMS strategies with the goal of getting customers up and running quickly.


Qualifications:


  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience.
  • 1+ years of CMMS experience (Implementation experience is a plus).
