Janitor/Custodian (Weekly Pay, Full Health Benefits, Direct Deposit)

At HSS we are looking for a Janitors/Custodians to take care of a University buildings space, resorts, carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties at Nashville,TN areas. The goal is to keep this property in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Proven working experience as a janitor
• High school degree
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Integrity and ability to work independently

AM/PM positions available
