Meaningful Work From Day One


This role is to oversee USA & Canada Integrated Marketing Communications strategy as part of the Brand Business Plan. This role guides Integrated Communications strategy, based on the global IMC vision and goals. This role demands a high degree of collaboration with a variety of stakeholders. The view on the business is a 1-3 year focus.


What You Can Expect


  • Leads partnership with media agency (Spark) and key comms partners (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.)CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content and eCommerce.
  • Leads the strategy of the integrated communication planning process to deliver on brand strategy and business objectives
  • Ensures communications are aligned with digital and media compliance guidelines as well as inclusive and responsible marketing best practices.
  • Champion of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and brand tone of voice
  • Partners with IMC Center of Excellence on campaign measurement, evaluation and optimization as well as identifying new technologies and media platforms.
  • Overall, this role acts as a thought partner to the team on how to best support business goals through integrated communications.
  • Enables, in partnership with creative agencies, the development of world class content that delivers the right message
  • Leads the reporting and optimization of paid/owned media plans, monthly (media, creative) based on performance and learning agendas
  • Orchestrates all communication touchpoints (eCommerce, PR, content, multicultural, influencer, etc.) to support annual communication and business goals


What You Bring To The Table


  • Strong knowledge of media and “hands on” knowledge of media planning and buying.
  • 8+ years working client and/ or agency side in media and marketing disciplines including management of multi-country communication plans.
  • Impactful strategic thinking and complex project management within a communications environment.
  • Extensive consumer brand experience, ideally in consumer goods
  • Ability to travel 15-20% (majority in the US)
  • Strategic thinking across media, social, on-line video, CRM, search, web-site, data and analytics, content and e-commerce.
  • Undergraduate Degree or higher.
