General Description

Responsible for the onboarding and sourcing of IT providers goods and services to achieve IT projects goals and ensure compliance with IT risk parameters. This includes supporting IT operational risk evaluations and contract analysis to ensure the completion of sourcing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the contracting process of IT goods and services alongside corresponding risk areas to ensure compliance of sourcing parameters
  • Participate in forums with IT providers to align statuses of strategic initiatives.
  • Actively lead communications to assure oversight requirements for sourcing of good and services from IT providers are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to evaluate IT Vendor requirements, scope and objectives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

Experience

3+ years’ experience in information systems or technology fields.

Experience with IT projects, procurement processes and related tools, and/or vendor management highly preferred.

  • Contract management and understanding of basic legal language
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to develop and manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with business unit stakeholders and become their trusted advisor
  • Knowledge of Risk Management concepts and methodologies
  • Customer service oriented
  • Very strong business written and verbal communication (and presentation) skills; in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to work according to regulatory requirements
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work with technology systems and processes
