Work you will do as an ISOutsource Support Technician:

• Perform routine server maintenance tasks.
• Partner with a great group of field consultants.
• Partner with Support colleagues skilled in a variety of technical arenas.
• Manage our network monitoring system.
• Some specialized application support calls received (training provided).
• No travel required.
• Provide in-house technical support.
• Work in an energized team and fun office environment.
• Provide first line technical support including desktop and server support.
• Work with a variety of technologies.
• Solve a wide variety of issues.
• Carry out day-to-day network administration tasks.

Additional experience we look for includes:

• CompTIA IT Certifications.
• Active Directory knowledge.
• Experience working with the ConnectWise ticketing system.
• Leadership experience in an IT services support capacity.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• 1+ Years of technical support experience required.
• IT / Networking certification or ability to attain a certification within 6 months of employment.
