Job Description

IT Support Technician | Springfield, MA | $55,000 - $70,000


One of Massachusett's leading technology providers is looking to bring on board an IT Support Technician as they look to grow their IT presence.


The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for a company that invest heavily in the training and development of their staff, building out their client's environments from the ground up and putting a heavy focus on security. They pay for any ceritifications/tuition you want to take whilst with the business whilst also being enrolled on their progression plan from day one.


You will work closely with a number of their esteemed clients, with a strong focus on Cyber Security.


Key requirements for the role:


  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • Basic Networking Experience
  • Windows Server
  • Strong Communication Skills
