Location: Exton, PA

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Support Technician

This position requires you to onsite 5 days a week to Exton, PA. This is a direct hire role.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Any other task assigned by Director IT.
• Work after hours and weekends, when required.
• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN.
• Strategize with IT management on new service offerings and opportunities.
• Reporting to IT Director, the IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support, which includes troubleshooting, vendor management, software/hardware installation, and maintenance.
• Time tracking and IT documentation.
• Work with onsite business leaders and remote IT management.
• End-user user support and ticket management.
• New PC installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• The IT Technician will be responsible for providing on site support and remote support for our Exton and other locations.
• Assist in Computer System Validation Process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Knowledge of Data and Information Security processes.
• Vendor management.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in infrastructure, including TCP/IP, web, and cloud services.
• Team Viewer experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience and IT certifications
• Organized product ordering and tracking.
• Efficient time management and work prioritization.
• 3+ years of end-user support in a Windows environment.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Proven business communications, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with Onsite and Remote users.
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, VMWare, Firewalls etc.
• Create and update documents.
• Aptitude to learn new technologies and methods.
• Ability to fulfill project tasks on time.
• New PC installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Thorough knowledge of Office 365 Installation, troubleshooting and Administration
