JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Set up and maintain network printers and scanners.
- Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls are resolved.
- Set up and configure all hardware.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Test and image desktops and laptops.
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
- Respond and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, and other related hardware.
- Provide hardware and software support/troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot internal and external network issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle between divisional, local and corporate management and demands.
- Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer’s needs, both internal and external.
- Wi-Fi, Networking, TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both independently and collectively.
- A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adjust communication methods based on customer situations.
- Exceptional organization, time management, customer service, project estimating and problem solving skills.
- Ability to promote collaboration, coordination, and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
- Desktop Application Knowledge
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
