It Support Intern Jobs

The IT Support Intern will assist the Information Systems team in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. This position involves working closely with team members to ensure the smooth function of the organization's technology systems, proactively addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the IT environment. The IT Support Intern will also have opportunities to learn about and work with various technologies and tools.

• Maintain inventory and documentation of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new workstations and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
